FULL REMODEL & EXTENSION

CHORLEYWOOD

Having already overseen the construction of their previous home, our client came to us asking for an extension and refurbishment to an Edwardian property in need of modernisation.

The property was built in 1906 and was burnt down by the suffragettes shortly after. The house had received basic alterations over the years but had been empty for some time before being purchased by our client.

We designed a three storey side and front extension to create a stunning 12m vaulted entrance foyer, large Kitchen/ Living / Dining Room, Double Garage, Cinema Room and Sun Room for the children to play in. At 1st and 2nd floors the building hosts, Playroom with Kitchenette and seven bedrooms each with large en-suites.

We were delighted to create another beautiful home for our client and their family.
